Active measures

What we've implemented

Concrete measures, active right here on this page.

Good contrast

Text and key elements have enough contrast to be read easily, even in bright light.

Visible focus indicator

Every link or button gets a clear orange outline when you select it with the keyboard, so you always know where you are.

A skip link, visible on your first press of Tab, takes you straight to the content, past the menu.

Semantic structure

Headings, sections and landmarks in a logical order, so screen readers can move through them correctly.

Generous touch targets

Main buttons and links are at least 24 pixels, so they're easy to tap on a phone too.

Reduced motion

If you've turned on "reduce motion" in your system settings, we switch off the site's animations and transitions.

Navigation without a mouse

Keyboard shortcuts

You can use the whole site without a mouse. Here are the basic keys.

Go back to the previous elementShiftTab

Compliance status

The otto.info.ro website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially compliant" means most requirements are met, but some areas are still being optimised.

Assessment method: we assess accessibility through manual checks (keyboard navigation, testing with screen readers) and automated audit tools, reviewed periodically as the site evolves.

Known limitations: some automatically generated product pages may still contain elements being optimised. If you come across a barrier, please let us know — it helps us fix it faster.
